Blade vs. Twilight

Addition: 12/4/09 I saw this movie ("New Moon") last week, I was duped into going with a friend against my better judgement. I wish Blade was swingin' that sword and ending the misery. Ah hell, I guess I am being too hard on it, I do not believe in true love and romance as I once did (44 years will cause some serious jading.) I can see where the tweeny-boppers and some adult women would like it. But not me...I'm too far gone to enjoy the themes of this movie and felt the same way as I read the series. God help me. lol.

I would love to have this little baby for our Christmas tree this year, here's where you can find it: http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/gear/c8d1/?cpg=114T

Another Clown Image

I have these guys on the brain lately...hmmm...could it be my dark muse is trying to resurface? That would be wonderful.

Happy Friday the 13th

When I was around 14 years-old (had to be about that age, this movie came out in 1980) my mom loaded up a bunch from the neighborhood and took us kids to the drive-in. Back then at $5 a car load, whatever was playing was what you watched. On this particular night it was a double feature. We figured by the names they were going to be scary and we were excited, "Friday the 13th" and "The Hills Have Eyes." By the time it was all over I sat there exhausted from screaming. Ahh...the memories... People just don't get why I love all things scary and spooky. A coworker said to me today, "this is like a national holiday for you isn't it?" Hope everyone has a great Friday the 13th.

Thoughts of Next Year Dance in my Head

Always lurking around is how I would love to pull off a haunt with a carnival theme. If I ever ran up on this guy, yewww...shiver shiver, that's friggin scary right there.

My Halloween Treats '09

My Dessert for the Party

Easy Peasy: Rice Krispie Treats rolled in melted milk chocalate. Stuck in candy corns. Arranged on a new and clean child's tolit. Gross, I know, but the treats were good and eaten once I got someone to start trying them.

And a Few More...
