Looking for a Mask

I found this hideous picture on someone's site and I am trying to find what mask it is and where it came from. The mouth keeps creeping me out! Would love to have this one for the corn maze so if anyone knows anything about it let me know. Can't remember where I found it or I could contact them. Geez! It's so nasty. I first thought it was Rob Zombie's "Dr. Satan" mask without the oxygen, but the more I look at it I don't think so. Maybe I can turn up what it is and where to buy one.
